In reply to Kelly Jo Grandy. Hi Kelly, I do not rinse the rice for making flour. If you prefer to do so, you would need to be very careful to ensure it's completely dry before making your flour. Otherwise, it will clump together, and won't stay fresh long in your pantry.

I normally have to rinse rice before I cook it. Do you rinse your rice and let it dry before you blend it? Or no need to rinse for flour?
