My first try at making chia pudding.. I added blueberries and a little whipped cream. Love the options, so I will try chocolate next.

Can you use regular dairy milk?

Hi Lisa, you could make it all in 1 jar and divide it once it is set or separate into 2 jars/containers. Either way is fine. šŸ™‚

Very easy, love the orange creamsicle variation. This should be simple but I’m overthinking the serving size. The basic recipe makes two servings, so I should pour it off into two containers if I’m tracking for Weight Watchers?

I love chia pudding with soy milk. I find it thickens up a lot better than almond milk…I only need 5 tablespoons in a pint jar. Start with the chia seeds then add soy milk to almost full, stir, then add vanilla and maple syrup, and then fill the jar the rest of the way.

Thrilled you enjoyed it, Sage. I think mango is a great idea. It might need a touch of water in order to blend up since it has less juice compared to strawberries, but it should work. šŸ™‚

I made the chocolate and peanut butter recipes today. They were a hit. Thank you for the recipe. Do you think this recipe would work well with fresh mango following the ratios for fresh strawberries?
