In reply to Mar. I haven't heard of this before, so I really can't comment on whether or not that is healthier. The potatoes can be made in any type of air fryer, just keep an eye on them towards the end of cooking as some appliances are stronger than others.

We have read that it is best to roast potatoes and then refrigerate, to lower the starch, for them to be even healthier Do you concur?

We don’t have a basket, but we have a grill in the air fryer. We would surmise that that would work the same?

I make online recipes all the time but this is the first time I’ve decided to give one a rating. These oil-free air fried potatoes are amazing! I am baking them again tonight. This is at least the fifth time I’ve made them. Thank you for a recipe that accomplishes both deliciousness and health. And is fast and easy as well.
