The milk should be no problem, however, swapping a liquid ingredient to replace the granulated sugar might alter the texture of the muffins. If you give it a try, please let us know.

Amazing recipe. I have baked these twice in 1 week now. I have a sensitivity to eggs, dairy and almonds so this recipe works really well for me. I added extra oat flour, ground flax and topped with seeds to make it crunchy. It’s a super filling muffin and I enjoy it very much! Thank you!

I haven’t tested these with a liquid sweetener, and you would likely need more flour to compensate for that. Let me know if you try experimenting.
