In reply to Monica. Hi Monica, I actually tripled the recipe in my Ninja Foodi 8qt for (Canadian) Thanksgiving a few weeks ago and it worked well! I haven't tried these in a convection oven, but they should work fine. I'd keep the temperature the same (400 degrees F) and start checking on them around 10-15 minutes.
