These were fantastic. I’ve made them a few times now and they turned out great every time. Your recipe is simple, quick, and easy to make from ingredients I always have on hand (and leaves very little washing up to do at the end!). I just add in a little of whatever sounds good that day. Last time it was lemon zest, today is a bit of vanilla and cinnamon and half the amount of coconut sugar. It makes the perfect amount to bake in my toaster oven, so I don’t even have to heat up the big oven. Thanks so much for this recipe!
