As an experienced cookie baker I rate this recipe as excellent ,easy and fast. I used a mashed banana (as suggested by the writer) . I was 2 tbsp short of the half cup and used 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Other than that no changes. The three tablespoons maple syrup made the dough a bit too runny ( I know by experience) and true in 2 tablespoons of flour. Excellent fast result! and it’s easy enough for a ‘beginner’.

Thank you!! Excellent cookies. I left out the cinnamon and used golden raisins vice chocolate chips. I also added about 1/8 Cup Almond milk.. will leave it out next time as the recipe does. They came out soft and fluffy. Satisfied my sweet tooth completely. 10 minute cook time is all it took. They will be on my weekly menu!
